Blush Mystery Beauty Box!

This is absolutely the best one I have gotten in awhile. I had planned on cancelling, but if they keep this up and don't overwhelm us with skincare again- I will continue to subscribe. One downfall is that a couple of months ago they raised the price a bit. It went up about 3 bucks.

I'll split up this list into two parts. The items I have tried and the ones I have not. I will also show prices as best I can.

TRIED:

*Jonathan Finish Control High Shine Flexible Hairspray, 100% Vegan. This was an extra and not on the card.... it is also full sized at 10oz. The smell at first is very much like rubbing alcohal, however it dries into a light perfumy scent that I am loving. ----- I could only find the 7.5 oz on Amazon for $7.50.


*Elizabeth Arden Untold. I love that this sample is in a small glass bottle. It is 5mL and smells wonderful. This sample is worth about 5 dollars. From the Elizabeth Arden site-

 Olfactive classification: Sensual Floral

Top: Black Currant LMR, Bergamot, Pink Pepper, Pear
Mid: Gardenia, Peony, Jasmine LMR

 Base: Sandalwood, Patchouli Heart LMR, Musk, Amber

*Amlactin Moisturizing Body Lotion. Yuck. It is runny and sticky. I felt so greasy after using it that I not only wanted to bathe, but I didn't want anything to touch my skin....UPDATE 3 hours later and still greasy- did I put on sunblock and forget about it? lol


NOT TRIED:

* NYX Are You DeprEYEved Mascara in Jet Black. This is full sized and I cannot wait to give it a go. It is supposed to lengthen and thicken. I couldn't find this on Ulta's site, but the lowest on Amazon was $17. Wow, I did not expect it to be that much!

*NCLA Nail Wraps in Pizzo. This is such a cute black lace design. This package contains two full sets and runs $14.

* Klorane Dry Shampoo with Nettle. This smells great, but looks like it will be very powdery. This is full size and is worth $16.

*Vbeaute Rub Off Gentle Face Exfoliator, deluxe sample (.5 oz). At $7 an ounce, this is worth $3.50.

*DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, deluxe sample. I am not sure the size on this. However, a full size is $25.

*Bioxidea Miracle 48 Excellence Gold Mask/Spa Treatment. A three pack of this mask is $74! Making this a little over $24 a mask! I hope it is as good as it seems

* AFA Gel Cleanser with Dead Sea Minerals, xela pack sample. .33 oz. An 8 oz bottle of this is $94 making this sample worth about $4.

All together, this bag was worth about $116. In the year I have subscribed, no box has been worth under $100. For the $27 I spend, I call that a great deal!
